SOUND ENGINEER

Job Requirements
     arrive for setup prior to group performing (approx. 6pm for each performance)
     ability to setup sound for variety of group settings
     ability to work independently
     ability to work with variety of personalities and entertainers
     ability to maintain composure while in the public setting
     ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
     provide recommendations for additional sound materials
     keep track of inventory
     remain on premises for entirety of show (approx. 9:15pm for each performance)
     breakdown equipment following show
     worker must be free of back pain or other ailments (daily heavy lifting required)
     reliability is a MUST (not all performances will need sound reinforcement)

City Requirements
     worker will be billed as an independent contractor
     worker must fill out a federal W9 form
     pay scale is negotiable with prior work experience
     timeframe for possible work - mid-June through Labor Day weekend
     additional required days will be a possibility (Christmas tree lighting, Veterans' Day, etc.)
     additional required hours will be a possibility (prior to 6pm and later than 9:15pm)
